Description
Join us for a head to toe strength class focusing on all major muscle groups. This class will also include gentle stretching and balance exercises.
Instructed by Janet Beata. Always one to keep active, and in support of her belief that it’s never too late or too hard to become active, Janet’s background for over 30 years, includes leading various fitness classes. She is ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified in group fitness, personal training and senior strength training to name a few.
