Join the Village of Fox Lake Police Department o to celebrate Halloween. At the Halloween Howl, your family will get to meet members of the Fox Lake Police Department, enjoy treats, hot dogs, children's activities, hot chocolate, and hay rides. This is a free event, and Halloween costumes are encouraged for both children and parents!
