Buti is a somatic movement practice that incorporates intentional elements of shaking and vibration and seamlessly integrates, functional movement, yoga, asana and cardio dance. Buti Is an indian marathi word that means "a cure that has been hidden or kept secret."
It was intentionally used in reference to ayurvedic herbs, considered Jadi Buti. Frequently, Most people ask if this has anything to do with your "Booty" your "Butt" The answer is no - It's a word that has far more history and depth to its origin story.
We are societally Taught to seek external validation or ways to heal ourselves. We believe the only true cure comes from within. The practice of Buti helps people strip away the layers that hide this cure and bring about total transformation.

Hot Buti introduces the element of HEAT (~98 degrees, NOT Bikram hot) to the Buti Yoga you know and love. The main difference is we ADD inversions (headstands, etc.) and we REMOVE plyometrics (burpees, etc.) and Cardio-intensive Tribal dance, since the body is already warm. The rest follows the Buti structure: Buti Yoga is an intense physical and soulful blend of Power Yoga, Tribal Dance, Muscle Conditioning and DEEP Abdominal Toning. It focuses on clearing away stuck energy and revitalizing the body while empowering female confidence, connection and freedom.
