Description
Seated Strength is coming back to Lakefront Park! This class will focus on simple, low-impact movements that support everyday activities. Pay for the full six weeks at $30 or pay $5 per class. Classes will be on Wednesdays starting January 14th to February 18th from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at Lakefront Park (10 Riverview Avenue, Fox Lake, IL 60020). Payments can be made in cash or check onsite.
