Description
SMART goals are Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely Missing the mark on a goal or objective can be frustrating, wasteful, or downright disastrous. As simple as it may seem, many still struggle to organize ideas, priorities and resources to meet a goal and get the job done. This course provides an overview and action plan of the SMART goal technique, and how it can be applied in a variety of situations, both professional and personal.
