The key is to safely prevent this from happening by managing that person as well as the environment. In this informative presentationspecifically tailored towards healthcare professionals, you will learn tips and techniques that can defuse or de-escalate volatile situations. Body language, tone, and word choice can make a positive, or negative impact on a person. Learn the
difference and prevent volatile interactions from escalating.
