Chapel Hill Bodyworks invites you to Relax and unwind with us in the park!
Stretch and melt away the stress as Mikayla from Go Flow Yoga leads us through a yoga routine while beautiful sound bowls played by Lori Hansen serenade our souls. Class will come to a close with a guided meditation.
All ages and abilities are encouraged to join us.
