In the new year, I’ll officially be offering yoga classes at Rev Fitness in Lake Villa — an amazing locally owned gym with a truly supportive community. I’m so grateful for this partnership and for the chance to bring Nepenthe Yoga indoors this winter. When we can’t be out on the lake, we’ll be flowing in a warm, cozy space together.
